Our sliced products are presented in easy-to-use trays of 100, 120 and 240g; they are easy to open, some of them have a simple system separating the slices with plastic, which enables them to be removed from the packaging without sticking together and/or breaking.
To appreciate all the qualities of the cured Serrano ham, we recommend removing the tray from the fridge 2 hours in advance and opening the packaging 15 minutes before eating. These tips will allow you to enjoy the real flavour of our star product, the cured Serrano ham.
The hams we slice for packaging in trays have undergone a minimum curing process of: 12 months for Cured Serrano Ham, 12 months for Iberian acorn-fed and Cebo Shoulder, and 24 months for Iberian acorn-fed and Cebo Ham, rigorously complying with the Incarlopsa quality controls.
