This programme has enabled the company to implement the project entitled “Innovation in Incarlopsa´s production chain processes”
Incarlopsa has been included in the Financial Support Programme for R&D&I Projects within the scope of Connected Industry 4.0, which has enabled the company to implement the project entitled “INNOVATION IN INCARLOPSA´S PRODUCTION CHAIN PROCESSES”, the main purpose of which is the optimisation and increased production of the company’s key business chain processes. To this end, the company has focused its efforts on the following areas: the development of a new data extraction and analytics system; the optimisation and digitisation of internal process audits; a new order and purchase management system; and the optimisation of the processes involved in increasing productivity.
This project, consisting of the optimisation of the company’s production process chain, and which was designed with the aim of obtaining a first-rate technological solution with no impact on the company´s structural processes, has had a huge economic and strategic impact for the company.
