Means of production 
For the development of its activities, has an integrated Incarlopsa 1,100 employees in five plants owned company located in different geographical locations, the central Tarancon (Cuenca) where the pig slaughterhouse is located team, plant sliced ​​ham and sausage factory; a drying of hams in Corral de Almaguer (Toledo), with a capacity of healing for 4 million pieces, making it the largest in the world; and another machine in Olias del Rey (Toledo) for up to 1.5 million pieces.
