INCARLOPSA acquires a new facility and increases its production capacity.
INCARLOPSA has acquired the Jamones y Embutidos Jabugo, S.A. production plant in the town of El Repilado (Huelva), in the municipality of Jabugo. The facility comprises a two-floor dryer —approximately 2,000 m² per floor – with a cutting capacity of 500 pigs a week and a storage capacity of around 130,000 units.
Clemente Loriente, the CEO of INCARLOPSA, pointed out that: “this acquisition will enable us to expand our activities in the Iberian pork sector, increasing our production capacity while keeping our hallmark of top quality and the best price”.
INCARLOPSA, a producer of white and Iberian pork based in Tarancon (Cuenca). with over 40 years of experience in the sector, entered into the acquisition agreement last Thursday, 12 July 2018. This agreement, in addition to the purchase of the production plant, subrogates the existing workforce to INCARLOPSA, whereby all the jobs, levels of seniority and conditions remain in force.
