Incarlopsa reinforces its commitment to internationalisation and, for the first time, will be present at SIAL Paris

Incarlopsa, a leading company from Castilla-La Mancha in the production and processing of pork products, will be present for the first time at SIAL Paris, one of the leading trade fairs in the food sector and a meeting point for the sector’s agents, whose 2022 edition will be held from 15 to 19 October in the French capital.

Under the slogan ‘We are the Hampions’, in reference to the company’s leading position in the production of Serrano ham, Incarlopsa reinforces with its attendance at SIAL Paris its commitment to internationalisation, a process initiated years ago that is resulting in a progressive increase in exports. In 2021, international sales increased by 17.5% compared to the previous year and now represent more than 9% of total sales. Incarlopsa markets its products in 36 countries on five continents and is present in the USA through the company Acornseekers.

The company from Tarancón is attending this edition of SIAL Paris with 45 references of its brands Loriente and Félix de Múrtiga, as proof of the more than four decades that Incarlopsa has been producing pork products of the highest quality in its 11 production plants in Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León and Andalucía.

Specifically, with the more than 25 references of the Loriente brand with which it will be present at the food fair, Incarlopsa will cover the range of cured products, highlighting its ham without additives, especially appreciated by international consumers, and the special tapas format of 50% Iberian cebo ham.

With the Félix de Múrtiga brand, Incarlopsa will take the Jabugo dehesas to stand 104 in hall 6B of the Paris Nord Villepinte in Paris, the exhibition centre where SIAL Paris 2022 is being held. In the case of Félix de Múrtiga, there are 18 Iberian product references that combine artisan tradition and the avant-garde, including 6 new knife-cut references from cebo to 100% acorn-fed.

A benchmark meeting point for professionals from the food sector

SIAL Paris has been bringing together food industry professionals for 58 years. Throughout this time, the commitment to innovation and the creation of a meeting point where the latest advances in the sector can be shared have been some of the backbone of the fair.

The 2022 edition will bring together some 7,000 exhibitors from 126 countries in 250,000 square metres of exhibition space. Spain is the third most important country. It is estimated that more than 300,000 people will attend.
