Incarlopsa participates in SIAL Shanghai 2023 and consolidates its commitment to the Asian market

Incarlopsa, a leading company in the production and processing of pork products from Castilla-La Mancha, is participating in SIAL Shanghai 2023, one of the most important meetings in the Asian market for the food sector, which is being held from today until Saturday 20th May at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

With its presence in this new edition of SIAL Shanghai, Incarlopsa reinforces its commitment to the internationalization of the business and, more specifically, with the Asian market, one of the geographical areas with the greatest growth potential in the pork sector.

In 2022, international sales continued to grow and already represent around 13% of the group’s total sales. Incarlopsa markets its products in 36 countries on five continents and is present in the USA through the company Acornseekers.

Incarlopsa attends this new edition of SIAL Shanghai with a wide range of fresh pork product references, ranging from carcasses and ribs to boneless loin or round ham without leg, among other products. In total, more than 50 references to meet the demand of consumers from the Asian market, where fresh pork products are highly valued.

Incarlopsais part of the Spanish delegation attending SIAL Shanghai 2023, led by Interprofesional del Porcino de Capa Blanca (Interporc). 

A meeting point to share the latest trends in the food sector

SIAL Shanghai has become one of the reference meeting points of the food sector for the Asian market. This year’s edition is expected to be attended by some 4,500 exhibitors and more than 150,000 professionals from all over the world, located in an exhibition area of 180,000 square meters.

In addition, the offer of SIAL Shanghai 2023 is completed with the celebration of SIAL Global Food Industry Summit, where food industry experts from around the world will share the latest developments in the food and beverage sector and trends in the development of the industry and will have a meeting point where to share and discuss different aspects of the supply chain or food technology, among others, sectors such as meat, dairy or beverages.
